  • Client-Initiated Cancellations
    All requests to cancel or reschedule must be submitted in writing. Refunds and fees are calculated based on the number of days prior to the scheduled training date:

    • 30+ Days Notice: Full refund of the training fee, minus a $250 administrative fee.

    • 14 to 29 Days Notice: 50% refund of the training fee, or a 10% rescheduling fee if moving to a future date.

    • Less than 14 Days Notice / No-Show: No refund will be issued. The full training fee remains due and payable.

    Travel and Expenses
    In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling by either party, the Instructor is not responsible for non-refundable travel expenses (flights, hotels, rental cars) incurred by the Client or its participants. If the Instructor booked travel for an in-person session, the Client agrees to reimburse any non-refundable travel costs incurred by the Instructor due to a Client-initiated change.

    Instructor-Initiated Cancellations
    The Instructor reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training due to low enrollment, illness, or unforeseen emergencies.

    • The Instructor will provide at least 7 days notice whenever possible.

    • In the event of an Instructor cancellation, the Client will receive a 100% refund of paid fees or the option to reschedule to a mutually agreeable date. The Instructor’s liability is strictly limited to the training fee paid.
